Policies & Procedures

Apparel Policy

As a Christian based family centered facility, we at Bounce Back Gymnastics value safety and modesty. For this reason, we ask that athletes follow the apparel guidelines as listed below.
Girls should wear a one piece leotard or leotard and biker shorts or form fitting clothes that will not catch on the equipment. Boys should wear a T-shirt and shorts or athletic pants. No baggy clothing or jeans permitted and no socks are permitted as they may slip on some of the gym surfaces. Grippy socks or gymnastics shoes may be worn if desired. No jewelry with the exception of post earrings. Hair must be pulled tightly away from the face.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not wish to continue in a class, you are free to cancel at any time. To do this, you will need to fill out and submit a Drop Slip. Drop slips must be submitted before the last week of the month to ensure that you will not be charged for the next month. A Drop Slip can be found on our website or be picked up at the front desk, by the gym door. Drop slips should be placed in the Drop Box at the Front Desk.

Illness Policy

To prevent the spread of disease, please keep your child home if they or someone in their nuclear household is sick or has symptoms of being sick (i.e. fever, chills, rash, achiness, stomach problems, cough and runny nose not related to allergies, etc.). If anyone comes to the gym and exhibits any symptoms of illness, they will be sent home immediately.

Make Up Policy

There are a number of reasons that your child might miss class, including but not limited to illness, travel, and scheduling conflicts. Although we do not offer a make up class time, we do offer free open gym for everyone who is enrolled in classes and recommend that open gym time be used as a chance to make up for time missed in the gym.

Private Lesson Policy

While we do not recommend private lessons in lieu of classes, they are a great way to achieve specific goals that a student might be struggling with. Private lessons may be requested at the front desk or from your child’s instructor directly. The cost of the lesson is determined by the coach based on the length of the lesson.

Photography Policy

Flash Photography is strictly prohibited, as the flash can cause sight problems for gymnasts and coaches and interfere with their safety. If you wish to take a picture of your child, we ask that you turn your flash off. Taking pictures of children that are not your own is also strictly prohibited under the safe sport guidelines established by our industry.

Closings/Inclement Weather

Closings due to inclement weather will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If area schools close, please email us or check our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Refund Policy

While we do not typically offer a refund, we do offer account credits that can be redeemed for any program that we offer, including but limited to camps, open gyms, tuition, and birthday parties. There is a $50 non refundable deposit due for camps and birthday parties.

Social Media Policy

On occasion, we will be taking pictures during classes, camps, and special events. These photos will be used on our social media sites for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your child photographed for these purposes you must let us know in writing.

Water Bottle & Snack Policy

Because we do not have a water fountain, we strongly recommend that your child bring a water bottle to every class. Water bottles should be labeled legibly with the student's name so that it can be easily identified. Students participating in classes or camps that are longer than an hour are encouraged to bring a snack in case they need a little energy in the middle of class. Snacks should be healthy, quick, and mess-free. Some great examples are a banana, a protein bar, or cheese and grapes. Snacks are also available to purchase from the front desk for $1.
